With Covid-19 regulations changing frequently, we wanted to keep you and your organization up to date. On September 9, 2021, President Biden directed the U.S. Department Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to develop an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). • Employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their employees are fully vaccinated or provide weekly proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
  • PTO has to be provided for the time it takes for employees to get vaccinated or to recover if they experience any post-vaccination side effects.
  • Federal or Government employees or anyone that does business with the government is required to be vaccinated.
