Kari L. Wolfe, SPHR is an experienced human resources leader with a broad range of generalist experience in numerous industries. She has served in HR leadership roles with both large companies as well as start-ups. As a strong business partner, she has demonstrated success in her ability to successfully work with business leaders to drive people initiatives and be both hands on as well as strategic. Her expertise includes acquisition/integration, restructuring, onboarding, payroll, compensation, process management and improvement, employee relations, training, and talent management.

Prior to joining The Hopkins Group, Kari served as an HR leader at DaVita Healthcare Partners, where she implemented HR initiatives for 2,000 employees in various locations across the United States. Her roles previously, include working for a healthcare company where she served as the head of Human Resources, helping grow the business from a start-up to the largest provider in the industry. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Human Resources Manager at the Nestle Corporation and as a Compensation Consultant at Thomson Reuters Corporation.
Kari received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
